UPGRADE ALERT! - NOKIA ASHA 300

The following may/may not be Virgin Mobile's fault, but I am totally unhappy with upgraded phone received yesterday. I upgraded from a Nokia C3 (which was great) to a NOKIA ASHA 300 - this was totally recommended by Virgin Mobile. On delivery, I opened the box. Immediately charged battery for few hours till fully charged... only to find that I and three other people in office could not get cover off to insert sim card! I eventually managed to lift it and breaking (an already short) nail in process. After several attempts to open and close, I realised that this was not consumer friendly at all! Not cosumer friendly keyboard (after having used Nokia C3) either. This may be a great phone - I'll never know as I won't be using it. Virgin Mobile cannot help since box has been opened. Ladies, don't even consider buying it!
