On the 15th of December 2012 I handed my cellphone in for repairs nearly a month later on the 10th of January I got a response, my phone which I sent in to repair the USB port which was a clear mechanical failure, was deemed to be water damaged and therefore my warranty was voided, now to my knowledge the phone was not water damaged so I contacted technical services and they told me that even humidity in the air can cause the water damage, water damage herein is refering to a moisture detector within the cellphone, it doesn't mean any actual water damage, I think that, that is just awful from Virgin mobile, not willing to repair a damage based on a technicality but anyway, I accepted it.
The same guy gave me the bank account details where I needed to make the deposit, the next day I called and double checked the details just to be sure, the lady I spoke to confirmed that, that was the right account details to deposit the money to collect my unrepaired phone.
Two days ago I got a call from someone at Virgin mobile saying that I deposited the money into the wrong account, I'll have to wait 7 days to get that money back, and I must make another deposit. Rediculous, please help.
