MTN need new staff at Wonderboom Junction

I have been trying for almost a month now to cancel an MTN data contract. Firstly their telephone assistance is so poor, if you think Home Affairs is bad think again. Secondly, the people at the branch make it so obvious that they are not interested in helping unless you want to buy not cancel. MTN makes it seems like cancelling a contract is a taboo. So am usually not one to advice but please people stay away from MTN contract regardless of what kind of service. After sale service is non-existing. Funny they can deliver a new contract in 2 days but fail to assist you appropriately when you want to cancel.

No wonder they have lost customers recently and how funny they blame the network. It is their service.

I will never sign anything with MTN again, sad how they treat their primary source of revenue.
