I creates an account with telkom in october 2011, an it went fine for a week or 2, then my internet speed dropped so much that it was unusable. It worked on and off, and at the times it worked, it was too slow to do anything on it. I have logged over 20 fault reports, but all that they could tell me is that I am too far from the exchange to do anything... and now my internet has been down for over a week, and I am still to see a technician... perfect service
