Led me to sign contract for 24 months

I went to MTN Parkview last week because I was interested in upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S3 and being on a topup 350 it would cost roughly R500 for R350 airtime and 150mb data. I was concerned about the price since you only get 150mb data which would not last me long. I stated this to Neo the store manager as well as another consultant.

I then asked whether you can use your R350 airtime to purchase data bundles since this would be the only way this would be viable for me. They both assured me that you can purchase the data bundles with your contract airtime.

I of course then proceeded to sign a new 24 month contract. When I tried to purchase data bundles today I found out that you can't. I was thus blatantly to and feel that MTN should cancel my contract since this is not what I was promised. I can not believe how shocking MTN's network is since all the other cellphone networks allow you to convert airtime to data bundles and how they can't seem to make a plan for me even if I've been a client for almost 10 years!

I want MTN to respond to this matter ASAP and contact me so that we can cancel my contract! I'm fed up with this network!
