Customer Service Activating Contract

I went to Woodmead Pick and Pay to open a new contract for a Samsung S4 mini, i waited over an hour to get the paper wok faxed and a phone call to be made to upgrade some or other points in order to get the phone. after all that i get told that i have to wait another hour because vodacom has a backlog of activating contracts. i think that is absolute terrible service. who's fault is it that there is a back log? i have a job to go back to, i cant go back after work as i have family responsibilities.

now i have to wait till you have gotten thru your back log and then only i can recieve a phone. at this stage i dont have a phone as it was and vodacom had the best deal. but with service like this i actually just dont want the contract anymore and im sure i can get a good deal somewhere else!

as a new customer i am absolutly appauled by the way this was dealt with!
