Unwilling to do business

My wife has 3 contracts currently with Vodacom. I also have one myself. Her phone is due for upgrade in the next month. Over the weekend we visitied the Woodmead Vodacom and their staff completely ignored us. We then tried Greenstone and after waiting for over an hour were told that the deal we wanted to upgrade to was out of stock. Today we have tried the on-line application but after waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes, we decided that there was little possibility of being attended to.

I understand the odd shop being under-staffed, but having tried so much, it honestly feel impossible to upgrade a contract. I am now considering moving all our contracts (3 under my wifes name and my own) to another network. Is there anyone at Vodacom not on a break, who could attend to us?
