Absolutlely disgusting service

I have received nothing but the most service from telkom, i have been battling for weeks to get my adsl internet account corrected. I spoke to sales. I want a 4mbps uncapped account with Telkom, they said i qualified for the free upgrade to 10mbps. i agreed. im still waiting. i have received just about every adsl package except the one i ordered. I have to dial 3 times to get through. 90% of the time the call centre agents dont have the slightest clue what they are doing. The other 10% appear to know, only 72hrs later to find out they processed the wrong request. The last agent i spoke to could see my order says its with this magical network department that fixes all, and when i asked him to tell me what the order was he couldn't, he didn't know what the order was for??? Seriously??? I requested to speak to a supervisor and im left on hold. Im fed up, Im a customer trying to give you business and you treat me like dirt.
