ADSL nightmare

I ordered a new Telkom line and ADSL. After waiting a few weeks, someone came out but left as he couldn't get the landline point for the ASDL installation. As this is a new line, there was no line. Someone else came out and phoned me to tell me I have to get an electrician to install a line. I received a call from Telkom offering me a package. I told them about my problem and was assured that I didn't need an electrician and need to place a new order which I did. It's now almost a month later and no one has contacted me yet. I'm sooo frustrated!
