On the 2nd and the 12th of december I requested that our network point be replaced and moved to about 4 meters to the left in the same room in our house. i had to submit the request in writing as the account is in my husband's name but I have power of authority as telkom is well aware of and I have been submitting requests through to telkom over the last two years without problems. This time however none of my emails are answered and the agent didn't want to help me over the phone - hence I am being billed by telkom for my adsl package BUT I CANNOT USE IT AND YOU DON'T CARE. what more must a person do to get the service that i pay for every month
