I purchased from Telkom last months a 4Mbps uncapped service in which the sales person confirmed that by mid november i will get upgrade to 10Mbps free of charge since my line and exchange supports 10Mbps. I have called several times for enquiries and the claim number is 1099crk191113 and my telkom phone number:0114620857.Today got a call from one guy in Telkom telling me that he cannot do anything since the 10Mpbs is free of charge and the line doesn't seem to support. I was first pleased with Telkom but now would not recommend Telkom as they false advertise their services just to get new customers who will leave after a months and all what Telkom will earn is bad reputation.
