I refer to my report of Friday 29 November (and all the preceding HelloPeter reports which have been posted and ignored, together with the month before that of dealing with Cell C).
Cell C's service is completely disgusting and I am astounded that they will continually ignore a customer and leave a query unresolved for over 2 months, despite the customer trying at least weekly to get something out of them.
I hugely regret changing my service provider and am so pleased that I have at least hit the halfway mark of my contract so that I can take my business elsewhere.
