I have a cell phone contract from Cell C. This contract is in my sisters name, but I pay the account every month. I have been having tremendous problems with them for the past few months. I pay account and it's up to date, but somehow payments does not get updated on their systems and they always switch my service off which causes heavy frustrations as I'm a business man and need my phone on at all times or I lose out on my business. At this moment my line is completely blocked and does not exist on the network. I really hate there services and would not recommend anyone to choose Cell C as their service provider. Please can you assist.
