If theres one thing i regret is porting from mtn to cell c, and taking out a contract with cell c . i have to say when i was with mtn i had no problems what so ever, but ever since i have joined the cell c network i experience a problem nearly everyday and night regarding network coverage. The network is either off (going onto sos) or it is slow and the internet hardly works.
my contract also charges me R1.50 per minute that ridiculous.
im a loyal paying customer who pays cell c R200 a month, and is this the type of seervice a customer gets??
to think cell c says "the network provider that puts the power in your hands"? thats utter nonsense
i cannot wait for this contract to expire so that i can, move back to mtn.
i will not ever recommend any one to ever use cell c
