I have had it with Cell C now!
I have 2 out of 3 unanswered reports on hellopeter (11 Sept, 8 Oct and 16 Oct 2013). They just don't bother phoning me back. After the first report I was promised that a network team will contact me within a day or two to sort this problem out. Up to today nothing has happened!!!
We still have only intermittent signal in Middelburg MP. Some days you go for half of the day without service.
I use my phone for business and half of the time I can't get hold of my customers or the other way around. I feel like suing Cell C for loss of income. I really want to get out of this contract because Cell C is currently in breach of contract.
Sort this out now!!!
