I'm referring to the previous 2 reports posted earlier in Jan/Dec, whereby I pre-ordered an Iphone from Cell C's website before the actual launch on the 14th of Dec 2012. Since my previous 2 reports, NOTHING has changed apart from the fact that a consultant phoned me on the 9th of Jan, asking me if I was aware of the fact that I qualify for an upgrade on my contract to an Iphone 5. I immediately asked if they had the Iphone 5 in stock, where he replied that they didn't. My question then was WHY DO YOU PHONE ME IF YOU DONT HAVE STOCK...? During the course of the week I've also spoken to someone from the Retention dept., who raised my hopes in getting the phone by latest Friday the 11th. As expected - NOTHING!!! As stated in my previous report 5 days ago, I will keep my promise (unlike Cell C) in posting a negative report on Cell C until I receive the phone that I've PRE ORDERED in the beginning of Dec 2012. The above just once again proves that the customer does not receive the anticipated service as expected from a service provider like Cell C. As mentioned earlier, please watch this space for my 3rd report on HELLOPETER to be posted 5 days from now.
