I posted on HelloPeter last week re the shocking service by Cell C. I received a response saying they will be in touch. They still, one week later, have not done anything to resolve this problem. Cell C really has a problem in terms of customer centricity.
Dont say you dealing with the problem on HelloPeter when you not. In the interim my wife has a mobile phone that does not work and has to live with this as she is tied into a 24 month contract with Cell C.
