Since moving to Cell C last Feb I have had the worst cell phone service ever ( & I've been with most others). 3G on my iPhone is something I mostly just dream about as just getting calls to go thru or be received is a luxury. My particular area I stay is about the worst where I can forget about any internet connection if I'm not on Wifi.
Getting through to customer service is near impossible but I did finally get a response to one of my complaints, told that by November Cell C will have their Tableview reception sorted out. Well it's not.
If this gripe can at least save others who are very dependent on their cell/smart phone from changing to Cell C then good thing.
I want to go back to a different service provider even if I pay a bit more as I am paying hugely more in missed business, repeat calls which are missed or dropped and cell calls from my land line as I don't get reception.
Note: this is across 2 iPhones and 1 other handset.
On the plus side when my iPhone suddenly stopped working cell c did replace it - they did that well.
Desperate for a solution by start of 2014. Ready to be released from contract (that they can't deliver on) & walk away.
