COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I posted a report on Hello Peter about my situation 2 weeks ago after getting no where with calling and mailing Cell C directly! I had a response to my post from Cell C to say they would contact me that day with a solution. Still no word!! I am appalled at the lack of customer service and will take legal action regarding the debit orders on my account as I have now been billed for 3 additional months!

As posted previously - I signed up for one month contract at Cell C Sandton on 28 Feb. Confirmed the contract would only be for ONE month. Followed up on cancellation of this contract on 12 March at the Sandton branch. Confirmed that contract had been cancelled and would only run for one month. Seems that the branch never faxed/mailed cancellation. Still being billed for a service I have not received since 28 March 2013!! Before leaving for a business trip, I called customer services on 26 April (rude consultant), was transferred to cancellations department and waited on hold for 21 minutes, then went to Sandton branch on 17 May on my return, resent cancellation ref#3051701363. Mailed my concerns via Cell C site on 17 May and still absolutely NO human response of any sort
