Well hello again pathetic staff of Cell C's customer care department. This is now my 3rd report posted so we are looking at 15 days since the original and still no contact from Cell C. Overall we are looking at around 2 months since the entire dispute was brought to your attention.
Please do not post another copy paste response to this report. I know you are probably sitting on the toilet taking a big fat dump while responding to customers as that is what I would expect from the glorious staff of Cell C. Perhaps that is the internal corporate competition you run amongst yourselves, to see who can wipe their dirty bum and in some way transfer all that muck to the customers of Cell C. This really wouldn't be far fetched as it seems every time a Cell C representative opens their mouth, pure filth streams out.
It will make me very sad if I see the words "We are sorry for the inconvenience" in your response to this report. Please delinquents, after 3 reports and literally weeks of Cell C not caring about doing anything, you are taking the meaning out of every word in the dictionary, and are now starting to really insult me.
What a sad corporate.
