My husband received a phone bill of -R6000.00 which is just ridiculous. You can look at his monthly expenditure and you will see he never spend more than R3000 per month.
We are getting no joy when going into a MTN outlet as they are always off line and the 808 call centre just keep on telling him it is Internet usage which is impossible
Please forward a detailed statement to him. He will give the email address when contacted.
Also please investigate as this can't be correct.
