Day light on data usage

My cellphone account use to be - R 3500 a month. Now that I got a iPhone 5 I got a statement after 3 weeks of usage of Over R16 000 and when I asked them to proof to me how the account got so hi all of a sudden then the answer that i got back was it is because i have a iPhone 5 and the new phone is using a lot of data. So in essences the say that I used more than 4 gigs of data in 3 week. That is impossible. I also connect to wifi at home and at the office and still they said that the high usage on my account is valid and That I need to pay it.

On my iPad have a 2 gig data bundle and after doing a lot of work from my iPad and down
Loading a lot of music and videos and doing business from there i still dont manage to use all of my 2 gigs of data so how is it possible to use 4 gigs of data in 3 weeks?

I will not pay this account and especially after doing business with them for almost 2 years with a monthly account of between R3000 and R6000 and then I get this kind of reply and service from them. This is totally unacceptable and the best part is that I did not even received a statement for July yet so then it might even be R30 000 for data usage.
