R3K internet bill when NO AIRTIME was used as data

This month MTN sent me a R3000 internet bill.

- I am always under Wifi
- I always have internet bundles loaded unto my phone (bought through FNB)
- I can see my data usage on my phone
- I can see my call usage on my phone

I have never exceeded R500 on my phone bill.

There is no way that i spent 3000 minutes perusing the internet in one month! I hardly use my phone data and i NEVER USE AIRTIME AS DATA.

I would like to be contacted immediately by someone who knows what I am talking about - MTN 808 has been no help at all.

I refuse to pay this bill and I will approach the CPA and sue MTN should this not be resolved immediately!
