Overcharge on GPRS - Bad Service

GPRS Charges - I have had an account with Altech Autopage for the past 8 years and this past past year has been nothing short of a nightmare!!
I upgraded my phone in July to an I phone, from the day this was done, i have had nothing but problems.
It took them two months to get the phone to me, after countless calls to them, and absolutely disgusting service feedback.
Now after getting this sorted out, after a year, they send me an account for my I pad for over 3000 in additional GPRS usage!! Which is absolutely impossible as I have never in the year that i have it ever exceeded usage as it is only used to check mail etc. No downloads etc. When I received the account i requested a detailed printout and yesterday they send me a detailed bill for October??? this is beyond ridiculous!!
Despite paying my cell phone bill, they have now cut my phone and Ipad off, and I cant get any joy out of them!! They expect me to pay the additional GPRS charges before they put my cell phone on, which is a seperate number to the I pad??? I have phoned them at least 8 times, only to be put through to a different consultant... who will log a request...
