R1350 Bill for Internet usage on 1 day!!!

I had a look at my November billing and was completely blown off my chair! R2000 odd bill!? upon further inspection I found a rediculous internet charge which cannot possibly be right!!!

The complete bill was generated on ONE DAY! The exact day I got my new BB Q10 - 21/11 - it's practically impossible that the data usage could have been that high.

1. I don't surf on-line via my phone during work - since I have free internet reign here.
2. Its the exact day and the TIME I swapped phones and I first inserted my SIM in the Q10
3. I right away set up Wi-Fi with my colleagues help and I turned OFF the Data Usage!
4. I plugged my Phone into my PC and it ran the OS update - that was probably the single most largest thing to download if any, but for that matter
a. I was on Wi-Fi
b. I was connected to my desktop PC which means the update would have been done via that
c. If on OS update can cost me R1350 then you can keep your service!!!
5. The only other download I did was Whatsapp, which cannot possibly justify that amount of data usage

Need I remind you I WAS ON WI-FI on our work's network!!!
