SIM Swap Fail & Late Delivery - no explanation!!

I upgraded my phone telephonically as the website could not allow it (no explanation as to why); I was told by the Agent, Motswadisi, that the SIM card is the same (micro SIM for upgrade from Iphone 4s to Iphone 5 and it is not a nano SIM). Calls are recorded, please - pull the call - the Agent did not have a clue. Order Ref U552780.
He went further to say that the phone would be delivered the next day! Which would have been Wednesday last week. Well, my phone was delivered on MONDAY this week - with a NEXT DAY DELIVERY terms and conditions envelope! How ironic. Why did it take so long???
Then, the SIM card is in fact a NANO, not a Micro like the Agent said. So I went to Craighall Park Voda Shop to do a SIM swap at 17h00 yesterday - and only to find this morning - after I have followed up - there was a SIM swap fail!!! Now IT are investigating! I pay a fortune every month only to be treated like a number!!! Service is shocking, and its been 2 hours and no-one has yet told my why my SIM swap failed!! I have kids that need to get hold of me on my phone and now I am left contactless!!
