CHARGES CUSTOMER FOR THEIR FAULTS

I HAVE 2 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C. ON THE 30TH MY 2 DEBIT ORDERS WENT THRU, ONE FOR R129 AND ONE FOR R269. THE AMOUNT OF R269 IS SUPPOSE TO BE R99. WHEN I PHONED AND ASKED WHY THEY TOLD ME BECAUSE OF 2 DEBIT ORDERS THAT BOUNCED, THEY CHARGE R70 FOR EACH RETURNED DEBIT ORDER. I ASKED THEM TO EXPLAIN. ONE WAS FOR R21 THAT WAS A DISPUTE I HAD WITH GET IT AND CELL C BECAUSE I CANCELLED GET IT AND THEY DIDNT CANCEL IT, AND THE OTHER WAS ON THE 30th OF SEPTEMBER, I CHANGED MY BANKING DETAILS WITH THEM ON THE 1st OF SEPTEMBER AND I WAS TOLD ONCE I PHONED THEM ON THE 1ST OF DECEMBER THAT IT TAKES A MONTH FOR THE DETAILS TO BE UPDATED. I DONT KNOW WHY I MUST PAY FOR MISTAKES THEY MAKE AND FOR THEM TO TAKE A MONTH TO UPDATE THEIR DETAILS.
