IVE BEEN UPDATING MY BANKING DETAILS FROM SEPTEMBER, 5 CALLS LATER TO 5 DIFFERERENT CONSULTANTS, MY DEBIT DOES NOT GO OFF ON TIME.ON THE MOST RECENT OCCASION I CALLED ON THE 29TH AFTER REALISING THAT NEITHER OF MY 2 DEBITS FOR MY CONTRACTS WENT OFF, WENT I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION THE CONSULTANT SAID HE DOESNT KNOW, HE SAID HE WOULD RE SUBMIT FOR THE ONE LINE, BUT HE SAID THAT THE OTHER LINE DID NOT ALLOW RESUBMITTION... HOW CAN I UPDATE DETAILS FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS??? WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A DEBIT ORDER IF I NEED TO GO MAKE A CASH PAYMENT AT THE BANK ANYWAY?? THE ONE WAS RESUBMITTED ON THAT SAME FRIDAY AND WENT OFF ON SATURDAY MORNING, THE OTHER WENT OFF ON MONDAY, FOR A TOTALLY INCORRECT AMOUNT OF R232.01 WHEN MYINVOICE CLEARLY READS TOTAL DUE: R162.01... WHY WAS AN EXTRA R70 DEBITED??? WHEN I QUERIED I WAS TOLD ITS A FEE CHARGED BECAUSE THE DEBIT WAS NOT PROVISIONED FOR??? I HAD MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT, AND IF IT IS INDEED A LEGIT FEE, WHY IS IT CHARGED ON THE ONE ACCOUNT AND NOT THE OTHER??? I DONT RECALL READING ANYTHING IN MY CONTRACT TO THE EFFECT OF R70EXTRA WILL BE CHARGED FOR BOUNCED DEBITS!!! IN THIS CASE THE DEBIT DIDNT BOUNCE, BUT CELL COULDNT UPDATE MY BANK D
