Making mistakes and i end up paying

When i applied for a loan i said to the consultant that i only get payed on the last (31th or 31st) of every month. My money gets transferred into my account and then it still needs to clear from the bank. I asked them to please not make the debit order on the 30th or 31st. Every month since its been going of the 30th or 31st. This month there wont be any funds available on the 30th or 31st this month and then i would need to pay penalties. When i asked them to switch it they said that its to late now. The one lady said to me it takes 5 days to change the debit order date and the other one said 7 days. Now what is it?? 5 or 7 days?? Why didnt they put the debit order date later than the 30th or 31st like i asked them to do/Now the one lady still says to me i must request the tapes and listen if i said that. Why must i do that?? I asked them not to make it the last day of the month. I want to know who will be paying the penalty fees when they try and debit the money on the 30th this month and the debit gets returned. I want that bank charges refunded to me because i didn't make the mistake.
