Is it so hard to change your banking details?

I have been a contracted customer for 3 years
I am struggling for the last 2 month to change my bank details at Virgin Mobile.
First I went into the store to change the details, not changed.
I the phoned customer service and was told to fax the details.
I faxed the details and confirmed that it was received, but still not changed.
My debit order bounced off course, I contacted them as I did not want my service
to be suspended.
I was told to phone and change the details, which I did.
Still, my details was not changed and my second debit order bounced!!
I just want to know HOW DO I CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS..
Virgin mobile so called " champs" are incompetent to do their job and
so my debit orders will just keep rejecting.
I am NOT renewing my contact with them. Thank You Virgin mobile
