Can't believe cell C. I spoke to three different consultants to update my banking details for debit orders. Seems like the 3rd inally got it right. To my surprise (AFTER CONFIRMING THAT MY DEBIT ORDER WILL RUN ON THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH), i saw they trie debiting my account last night & I now owe my bank R16.00 for returned debit order. I'm sure part of ther recruitment policy is to hire grade 7 learners who were the worst in their respective classes. How much more stupid & incompetent can Cell C get... I rest my case... I would like to officially cancel my 2 contracts with Cel C cause they are clearly to stupid & incompetent to have me as a valued customer. Whoever calls me from your "customr care" department better call to tell be that my contracts will be cancelled AT NO COSTS TO ME.
