WORSE customer service eve

I was so excited to take a contract for credibility reasons and now even my score on my KI report has dropped due to cell c running 12 debts on my bank acc the 1st month, NOW i dont even qualify for a overdraft facility, I am well aware abt customer care and instead of them calling to make arrangement's to amend iv called about 22 times or more and in not joking voice logs can be picked up on my 4 cell c numbers plus my contract number which i now changed to VODACOM . I have been bounced between dbn and jhb with empty promises that someone to call me back, im still waiting from 12 October 2013 still nothing and its now 5 December 2013. So guess what now i decided may be someone might just see this and might even call me, if im lucky by june or JULY 2014. I just cant understand cos in my company if a customer phones to even query abt one of our products, cancellation, amending of details OUR customers get contacted within 5min MAX by some one, IM so mesmerized abt how some companys operate.
