I had a contract with Virgin mobile in 2009 - by 2011 (after the 24 months) I called them to cancel it... Today i find out that they have still been debiting my account... yes for the passed 2 years they have been taking my cash... some months shows there's double debits... when asking them why... they responded with you never inform us... I asked them to look at their previous records... agent mentioned to me that they upgraded their systems and can not see previous records... after an hour of transfers and re-explaining my situation on the line the last person mentioned that they will not debit my account any longer... i then asked about about the previous months... years, i asked him to look up when was the sim been used ... (I know for a fact i have not used that sim card for over 3 years) he told me... nobody told me not to use the sim card...
he also mentioned going forward I will need to escalate this matter myself this is not services telling me about a process, yet the process does not in any way assist the client (ex client and this now will be for any virgin products and services going forward)!
