I took out a contract with virgin mobile a few years back. After the two years i called the cancellation line and cacelled the contract just to find out that they were still deducting money from me. After going through my records i called them and they said the contract was not cacelled. I asked them but couldnt you see i never used the account after the two years. I then had to cancel it again they said there will be no deductions after 1 Oct. 2013 just to find out that they are still deducting this month again. When y ou try to call them i have to hold on for more than an hour a time which costs me further a lot of money. I currently have a prepaid number 083 619 3723. The virgin mobile on i dont have since i cancelled it.
