After debit order switching notified me that they cannot process the switch as Virgin Mobile and all my other debits won't allow, I decided to cancel the request.
Found that on 06-May-2013 that the debit never went off, I contacted them the afternoon and made arrangements as expected of their tenacious incompetence the debit order went through the wrong account, changed my debit order back and they promised to debit the next day.
They phoned me back and asked for a transfer or cash payment, by then I knew that uselessness would follow.
I then made a cash payment and called them to unblock my line and waited the whole day, as usual only empty promises.
Sickened by atrociousness I phoned the next morning and they then saw the payment and unblocked my account.
22:00 line was blocked once again.
I find Virgin Mobile to be useless, incompetent and a horror to deal with. They sicken me! It is THEIR FAULT again!
I have also been waiting for almost five years to get a posted statement delivered to me (which I paid for!), when I check the emailed statement (which I have to swear for) the address is usually a previous or completely incorrect address, it's been years of!
