Disgusting and incompetent service

I cancelled my contract with RMCS on the 04 Dec 2012 after a year of enduring a contract I wasn't even properly introduced to but that's a another story. I called them in Jan 2013 to make sure the contract was indeed cancelled so I can go back to having the BIS on my Blackberry. I was assured it was but when I tried loading BIS I was told I couldn't because I was on contract!! I then called RMCS again and they told me to go to Nashua Mobile, I did and they sent me back to RMCS! I was then told to call MTN but on the MTN system it reflected my contract with RMCS was still active. On the 07 February 2013 I spoke to a call centre agent from RMCS, Esther, who assured me I'm off the contract and will go back on prepaid IN 48 HOURS! And of coz 48 hours later I still wasn't! On the 18 February 2013 I spoke to another call centre agent, Gift, who said the matter will be sorted and they'll get back to me! It is now 03 April 2013 and absolutely nothing has been done! I still haven't been able to load BIS on my phone so I haven't been using the BBM service for 1 year and 4 months! It took them 2 months and a lengthy email from me to do a simple sim swap in September last year! This is disgusting! (Supplier name corrected by Hellopeter.com)
