Wrong bundle bought

I bought a data bundle throug fnb cellphone banking, but instead of receiving a data bundle I got 1000sms. When I phoned all of the available call centres they just tell me it is not something they can help me with. I don't want a refund just a transfer. Vodacom is able to transfer airtime into bundles why can't they do it with bundles?
