Cell C has got the worse employees that I know of. The staff are clueless, the team leaders are never available, they don't even know who their regional managers are and the service is "TERRIBLE".
I was promised each time that my cell phone will be replace with a new one but each time they send me a "Refurbished" one and claim it's "NEW". All the cell phone's I received were also faulty.
So, now "Cell C", I have a suprise for YOU. I've reversed the debit order and now it time for YOU to run after me. Since, I don't have a phone, i wonder how you will get hold of me.
I'm through with ALL the excuses and False promises.
