I called Mtn last month to cancel my 3G contract and I was informed by a call center agent that I will have to call in December to cancel cause its a 30 day notice to cancel. So after calling today the call center agent informs me that If I cancel today then I will be billed for January which is fine cause its the last month of the contract but then she tells me that I will be charged in February as well cause I will receive data on the 21st of the month and because I dont want to keep the number I will have 11 days to use up my data or else it gets forfeited.
Honestly this is ridiculous sounds like Mtn is just forcing its customers to pay for an extra month, what a rip off...
