I sent an email to cell c on january the 3rd to cancel my contract when it expired on the 09th of February, to date my account is still being debited.
I called the call center last month, I was calling from my mtn number so the call was charged, I waited close to 30 min before the call was answered when it was, the call center agent told me he could see the email but wasn't able to help me and I should call the following day. I explained to him that my cellc number is used by someone else and my calls where charged from mtn, so can't call back.
He said that he'll log a request for an agent to call me back and sort out the issue, I am still waiting for that call three weeks later.
I sent an email last week, no response.
Does Cell C only respond on new contracts and avoid you when the contract comes to an end?
