Cant cancel 8ta contract when subscription is ove

I have wanted to cancel my 8ta contract for more than a year and i called them twice to try and cancel it but was told of the enourmous fees i had to pay so i stuck it out. i signed the contract on the 1st of feb so was waiting for the day i will be free. a month ago i recieved 2 smses over a week and an email telling me that an 8ta agent will call me with a special offer of 199 for the full 20gigs instead of 199 for 10 and 99 for the other 10. so i waited, till today nothing. so i called in to cancel my contract and was told that i will have to come in to cancel my contract. so i explained that i went in with all the documents and signed it for 24 months, max. not more. the contract stated that when your 24 months is up and IF YOU HAPPY with the service then you can go in and extend your cotnract or move it to prepaid, im not happy and i dont want it. i have been billed for february which is nonsense because i didnt want it for the month of feb. now im possibly going to get billed for next month as well. this is a breach of contract and i will be in contact with my bank and if any more funds are taken out im sure i will follow legal action. please cancel my account.
