Contract Cancellation

I had a contract with Cell C which expired last month 24 December 2012, I was billed more money than usual and when I called on the 28th of December 2012 one of their Call center agent told me that I need to send them a mail to cancel the contract which I did the same day, Only to find out today when they send me a statement that they billed me again and they said it takes 24 - 48working hrs to cancel it, I called them today and I spoke to one of their call center agent by the name of Zinhle in Durban who was not willing to Assist me as she kept on putting me on hold for about 30minutes until I dropped the line waiting for her supervisor, I called again and spoke to bongiwe in JHB who told me her supervisor Siyabonga will call me before COB today, I forwarded the email I sent them to their customer services, All I want is Cell C to cancel my contract immediately as I previously requested, I don't want to be billed for something I never used or agreed on, Still waiting for the call from their supervisor. they say they are going to take my money by the end of the Month for the contract that is already expired.
