What ridiculous service from Vodacom, yet again. As if the complete nightmare to upgrade my phone was not bad enough, my brand new, 3 week old Samsung S4 mini is broken. Great, so take it to Menlyn on Saturday, only for it to be delivered 4 days later at Midrand. And it will take another 2-3 days for it to be assigned to a technician. This means I have to wait a whole week before I even know what is going on - and don't forget the 7-14 day turnaround!! This is so completely absurd I don't even have words.
