Been trying to cancel my line for the past week. Held on for over and hour on 29/11/13, 47 min 02/12/13 73 min 03/12/13, Went to Telkom store in Pinecrest, Pinetown. Only to be told that I they cant cancel my line... The put me through there "Hot line" Held on for 22 min, finally got and agent only to be told that they have not yet cancelled my adsl line Although this was canceled on the 28/10/13 (Ones months notice< at Time of cancellation I was told that this will be cancelled on the 28/11/13. I have not had adsl line working for more that 2 day straight with about a week down time every time... I am not paying another cent to Telkom... I want this resolved immediately
