I ordered a samsung s3 mini over 6 weeks ago on the phone and they said that it would get delivered within 7 days. Every week since i kept phoning the call centre and they ensured delivery that week. It's been 6 weeks and I'm still without a phone. This is completely unacceptable, and whatever reason that is available is unreasonable - 6 weeks is way too long a wait for anyone's liking.
My previous phone is broken and I'm reliant on the delivery of the new one. Cell C is a huge.
