Cell C takes a liberal view of time

I upgraded my contract at the V&A CellC franchise branch in the first week of 2012. This means I am in the 23rd or 24th month of my contract. I contacted the branch with the intention of upgrading my contact again only to be told that I still have to go until some time in Feb. This takes me back to some time in the first quarter of 2012 when I alerted the call centre that they were billing me on the old contract plan I had before 2012. They promptly started charging me more and subsequently logged THAT date as the start of my contract not taking into account the period in error.

THIS IS YOUR ADMIN BUNGLE, I did not sign up for a 29 month contract and WANT MY UPGRADE NOW that I am due for it!!!

I logged this complaint yesterday morning first thing with the Tygervalley HQ of CellC and to date no one has even sent me an sms or email saying that they will look into it... :( Sies, CellC!!! You have great products and an awesome network but your accounts and call centre big time, IMHO. This is the 3rd time I have to resort to complaining in a public forum to get you to deal with my complaint.
