Ad attitude towards customers

Here I was again with a broken phone. so I went to buy a new phone at Vodacom menlyn, and soon as I got home and I put in my sim the phone is non-operational. this is a brand new phone.

when I took it back, instead of the manager being helpful, he wants to argue that I made a bad choice and now I am trying to get a different phone. I did not appreciate his attitude towards me and how he constantly raised his voice.

So now I am without a phone for 7 working days, while I wait for my brand new phone to be fixed.
