I had a handset contract with Vodacom that expired in October then I was so shocked to receive a ridiculous billing the end of October that stated that I must pay R486.01 whiles I was not even using the sim card, I then requested a breakdown statement to be sent to me. then I saw that there is an upgrade fee of R105.00 and R201.75 for a handset, then I went to Westgate branch where they confirmed that I have upgraded, I was shocked to hear that because I did not even upgrade. which means that someone has used my account to upgrade a Samsung S4.they then gave me the numbers for department to lodge a complain of which I did that the following day, they then promised to look at the matter and gave me the ref: S3T622KKWLOG.that was on the 13 November till now I haven't received any feedback, I have been phoning almost every day to find out how far are they with my complain but they have been telling me the same story, I need a new phone now but I can't as the matter has not been resolved,
MUST I NOW SUFFER BECOUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE??? I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THAT MONEY, VODACOM"""JUST SORT OUT YOUR MESS I MUST GET MY NEW PHONE WITHIN 72 HOURS. I AM TIRED ;;;
