Shocking Service

I have recently bought a new phone and required a SIM swop to a Micro SIM. I went to the Vodacom store (I'd rather pay e-tolls than go to these stores). The queues are so badly identified that I stood in the wrong queue for 10 minutes just to find out I need to go to a different queue.

And this my dear friends is where the fun really started.
The consultant was busy with another customer (who did not seem to know squat about his own phone number). SO the wait started. After waiting about 25 minutes -filled with the consultant taking her time with the gentleman and sharing lovely personal stories (Insert Sarcasm here) another customer got in the queue behind me ALSO wanting a SIM swop.

After 10 more minutes with the assistance of my fellow queuer we got another consultant to help us.
He got the sim swop done in 5 minutes.
I need to emphasize that the shop was not extremely busy.
How shocking is this?
On top of this Vodacom charges R100 for a new SIM- while the old can be cut with a Punch which is available.
thieving A-holes.
As its a matter of principle I want the R9 parking back that I had to pay
I will accept it as airtime (Which on Vodacom rates won't buy back my 35min)
