Shocking customer care

Sunday, went to port my number. Only 3 consultants and long queue. Couldn't because ports department closed weekends. Returned today, sat in a queue for 45 minutes and only 3 consultants. Then get told sorry, ports department closes at 5 _ it was 1 minute to 5 and got bad attituude from consultant. Shocking. I must now take more time off work??? I thought vodacom is for us and there to help. I'd rather stay with Cell C and support them than you
